That is a CSS related issue. Has to do with width setting.
That doesn’t seem to be a theme from the repository – where did you get it from?
These forums are for themes downloaded from the ww.wp.xz.cn repository only. Therefore you may want to approach the theme author directly to get assistance with the problems you are having with it.

Hi Zulifar, I’ve been using it for at least a couple of years and don’t know if it’s WP.org repository theme. I will contact the author.

not exactly sure what you mean by “ww.wp.xz.cn repository”, but this is where the theme is from ..

That means here: http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/themes/ Those are the only themes supported here. Further, the site you linked to is violating the trademark of WP and their themes also do not appear to be released under the GPL license – another problem as that’s not consistent with WP policy or philosophy. I’m guessing you may not be aware of any of that, but I’d really suggest you find another theme ASAP – this explains more along those lines:
