Css Style Problem

    I have installed WP 2.02 on Apache 2.0.55 php5
    and I was confronted with a problem.
    When I browse the wordpress site on my local computer(where the wp system was installed),there is nothing wrong with the page style
    while I view my WP website from a remote computer(such as computers in the same workgroup),the whole site was unformated and I think there is something wrong with the style.css?I don’t know why

    Usually the explanation for similar complains was this:
    You probably set the two URI options in Options > General as “localhost” – so now every computer going to your site “thinks” about localhost as themeselves and looking for the stylesheet on their own hard disk.
