I don’t know why that would happen. Start by deleting the plugin files.
tried it. still cant see the plugin settings window…
Let’s get our terms straight. When you said you can’t open the admin settings I assumed you mean you have a serious problem and can’t get in to /wp-admin/ so I would recommend you delete the plugin files manually either through FTP or Cpanel or however you access files.
But if you only can’t see the settings menu for this one plugin, then that sounds like a different issue. Can you be very specific about your problem?
no. the issue is that i cant see YOUR PLUGIN settings. everything else works fine.
I fixed it, your plugin did not like me being a super admin, i changed it to a:1:{s:13:”administrator”;b:1;} in the database and all works fine.
Oh good, then nothing went “really wrong.” From your first message I thought I had broken your website.
A super admin is a multisite role and I don’t have much experience with multisite. It looks like this is just my ignorance since I only display the settings page for “administrators” it’s disabling access for super admins. I’ll take care of it in the next release.
I just released version 4.1.4 of the plugin, which should fix this multisite Super Admin access problem.
