Theme demo

Downloaded a theme and I want it to show as the demo is but there is no content at all, it says this in the installation directions.

-For Create a diffrent Layout of Homepage (just like demo) you have to set an additional options called page option . you can find this just below wp page/post content edior of wordpress-

I cant find this anywhere and this isn’t the only theme that just uploads completely empty maybe theres a file im not compressing with the rest of the files in order to insert the content, pictures, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
