Apostrophe failure

When I create a quote with an apostrophe in a word, the quote adds a / mark. “It’s” becomes “It/’s”. When I ask for more images, more / marks are added “It///’s”.
With that formatting the quote image cannot be added to the post.
Otherwise it seems to work fine.
