configuration tabs not clickable

    I just installed your Ultimate cloud tags plugin and am having trouble configuring it.
    I am starting from within my theme and selecting a specific page (blog) to edit.

    I select the Ultimate Tag Cloud widget. It is active.
    It opens in the Data (I think) tab with the other configuration setting tabs appearing as buttons (versus tabs). I can configure opening selection – strategy, author, order etcetera and save my settings, but that’s all.

    When I try to navigate to any other the other configuration setting groups to play with those settings by clicking on one of the buttons, for example the links button, the Builder page within my theme refreshes. Same thing happens when I click on any of the other buttons (tabs).

    I’d appreciate any help you can give me with this.

    It sounds like some of the files needed by the plugin is not loaded correctly.

    Could you please provide some additional information about your site?

    Are you running on a secure connection (HTTPS)?

    Which operating system and web browser are you using?

    Thanks for getting back to me.

    No, I am not running a secure connection.
    The site is http://www.b-seenontop.com.

    I am using the Windows operating system. I have tried configuring the tool using Firefox and Chrome. Same problem persists in both browsers.

    I downloaded the plugin directly from your site and then used the add plugin functionality within WordPress to upload it.

    I’m thinking there might be some kind of conflict with some other plugin that’s installed on your site.
