LOGIN_FORM broken

    I have user access manager plugin and user access manager – private extension installed. I want the login_form to be displayed for some posts but the login_form displayed seems broken on all browsers. userid/passwd and submit button seems to be disbled. How can I customize?

    This is working. I had some issue with frame overlap which resulted in broken login_form.
