Uploading .flv Secutiry Problems

I desperatly need some help. I have been trying to upload .flv files so I can insert them into my Blog. Everytime I do this I get a message that says ‘did not meet security guidelines try another’.

Can anyone please help and give a clue! (take it gently though I am not an experienced user)
