    Point for publishing content – Points for Ads and Log template.

    What needs does it fit into the box, Log template ?

    And

    Point for publishing content – Points for Orders – and Log template.

    What needs does it fit into the box, Log template ?

    Sorry my english, i’m speak french.

    Section Hooks:

    I try to write something in the section:

    Point for publishing content – Points for Ads and Log template.

    And

    Point for publishing content – Points for Orders – and Log template.

    But it does not work when I write some thing in case there is not displayed.

    I said what should I write in the boxes log template?

    The fields called “Log Template” should contain the information you want to enter into the log when the hook fired.

    So lets say you want to award points for users who login on your website and when they do, you want the log to say:

    “Points for logging in on my website”

    then that is exactly what you type in to the “Log Template” field.

    But when i write in :

    Point for publishing content –
    Points for Ads: 1.00 and Log template: %plural% for new Ads

    And

    Point for publishing content –
    Points for Orders 1.00 and Log template: %plural% for new Orders

    After I click update exchange, The details I insert automatically clears and does not remain displayed.

    I use the theme ClassiPress to put Classified ads.

    Is that this plugin works with ClassiPress theme when did insert a Ads want to give a credit for each ad insert?

    Try this:

    Download a new copy of 1.3.1 from here.
    Unzip and upload the files to your plugins/ directory replacing your current version.
    Visit Hooks and see if your settings appear.

    I remove the 1.3.1 version I had download and I download a new version 1.3.1 as you have asked me and it works now.

    I’m really happy. 🙂

    Sorry to ressurect this thread, I am deveopling a site using Classipress and want to award points for adding a listing using a custom hook.

    This thread looks like it explains it but I am struggling to understand the OP.

    Is this possible? If so, which field am I linking the hook to?

    Hey.

    It all depends on the plugin you are trying to connect with myCRED. Classipress should have a hook that fires whenever a new listing is added, thats what you need to go for in order for your custom hook to detect the appropriate instance.

    For more information on creating a custom hook, you can consult this tutorial.
