If you can’t access to wordpress dashboard and deactivate the plugin, use FTP to delete the plugin folder manualy. Delete /wp-content/plugins/ram108-fbalbum
Can you provide more information on your error to make sure it will be fixed?
There’s no message. The browser window is blank—white.

Try to delete plugin folder manualy via FTP and reinstall plugin from WordPress. It should work.
