Cannot create new button

I’m having the exact same issue.

When I try to create a new button, it seems to go through the motions but the button is not created.

When I try to modify an existing button, it also seems to go through the motions but the button is not modified.

My system details are below.

I do not know how to proceed.

I would sure appreciate some help.

I posted in the same topic as I’m having the same issue. However I found another “issue” that was “Save” does not work. It turned out to be the same issue.

They recommended I deactivate and reactive the Maxbuttons plugin, which I did….

and it resolved my problem!!!!
