Thanks for the report Rivanni. I’m at the end of a 12 hour work day right now, but I will try to log in and find a cause of and solution for #1 and #3 this weekend.
For #2, this is intentional. Google does offer the ability to sort alphabetically, but since the menu does have search, and because there are over 600 fonts, I thought sorting by popularity (most often used according to Google) would be more useful. Popular fonts come up first, then if you’re looking by a font by name, you can search.
My concern was that if sorting alphabetically, much more time would be spent scrolling through 600 images than typing a few characters in search, and for most users looking for Open Sans or Roboto, the selection would be visible immediately.
Hi Rivanni,
Thanks for your patience on this. You should see your set fonts displaying in the menu now.

PS: Now that font previews are live and working, would you be willing to update your review?

The preview page is working again and set Google fonts are displayed. Thanks for that.
But the places where I set a standard font still displays “Select a font…”.
Should be resolved for you now. They just needed to be reselected. I have done this for you on all the fields you had set to Palatino.

Yes, it’s working now. I tested it with another font on a item that had no font set. It’s now nicely displayed when I return to the settings.
I will update my review.
Thanks! Glad it’s resolved for you!
