Horizontal Login Form

    I know this might be out of topic. However, I’m trying to create an horizontal login form at the top right bar of my website.

    Basically, it will have the username and password fields and a login buttom.

    Then below there will be a SimpleModal Register form and a modal Lost password.

    I am not very good with coding. Is there a manual to do this using SimpleModal plugins?
