AJAX not working

I have a custom page that calls both wp_footer(); and <?php echo do_shortcode( “[cscf-contact-form]” ) ?>

Unfortunately, the page does not seem to render out the custom javascript files requires to make the AJAX work. Is there a trick or some setup step I missed?

The form renders correctly and POST basic submissions work, but with the AJAX option checked; it still does a POST.
