IE CSS positioning troubles. Need PHP guru!
-
OK. I’m by no means a web developer. I can drudge my way through a bit of PHP or HTML, but I know when I need to ask for help. I’m in the process of moving to a new domain. I’ve successfully migrated my database and selected a new theme. Unfortunately, it was made to use transparent PNGs and CSS which boggles IE. (Black Minimalism)
The site isn’t “live” yet (I haven’t alerted my readers yet) as I’m slowly configuring it to work the way I want. I’ve already re-made some of the PNGs to not be transparent, but getting the bottom-dwelling “sidebar” to display what I want on all types of pages is taking some work. I should be able to handle these problems, though.
Unfortunately, positioning is totally screwed up in IE and I have no idea how to fix it. The main body is too far to the left and the columns of the sidebar are off.
Can anybody give me some pointers? I’d *greatly* appreciate the help.
