They should be all under a primary menu item of “BP Registration”. If you’re not seeing that at all, something, that I’m not sure about offhand, is going on.
URL: wp-admin/admin.php?page=bp_registration_options
Seems to be something with permissions. When going to the URL directly it tells me my permissions are insufficient.
I am an administrator network wide on my install.
So I tested in a multisite instance, and I’m now wagering that you can access it fine from the main site, but not from subsites.
I believe this comes from a WP Core design decision regarding subsite admins not being able to manage users. Something I’m not sure how to potentially get around, even temporarily, at the moment.
I tried access it from the network admin but get the same issue. So what you’re saying at this point I’m boned?
Something with your install may be messing around with user capabilities. If you can, try it in a fresh install and see if it shows up there. Also if you’re able, disable all but buddypress and our plugin here, check for the available menu item, and start enabling plugins one by one until it disappears/gets troublesome again.
