Problem to insert a link in a post.

I have a problem when i add a link into a post, it does not work.
The html code is right : <i>We work exclusively according to the «</i><i><span style=”color: #0000ff;”>General Conditions</span></i><i>» of the Swiss Freight Forwarding and Logistics Association, latest version. </i><i>Place of jurisdiction is Geneva. </i>.

Could you help me please ?
