    Who should I contact regarding these, WordPress or the website’s host? The website’s host (Internode) told me it’s a WordPress related concern.

    How do I resolve these issues if it’s WordPress related issue:

    The website is new and running the latest version of WordPress(3.9.1) and has the Lemon Chilli premium theme.

    Latest Issue:

    Persisting issue after several actions made like contacting the website’s host (Internode) and telling me it’s a WordPress issue and reinstalling WordPress:

(WordPress could not establish a secure connection to ww.wp.xz.cn. Please contact your server administrator.) in /cust-web/d/e/D5826318/sites/www.tbreakcafe.com.au/html/wp-includes/update.php on line 119

    Hope to resolve these issues soon before we install Zuppler plugin to avoid us from further headache.

    when does this problem happen – when you search plugins or themes?

    are you connected to a proxy? Yes? Try configuring it on your wp-config.php
