    I installed this yesterday. I enabled the captions and started trying the caption feature. When I navigated away from the page and returned what I added in the editor was gone and it was totally empty. By the way, I had HTML 5 in there (data-this=”” data-that=””, etc..) if it helps.
    After I noticed it gone I loaded my page and saw the caption was still there. This brings us to the second problem, the caption was not the current one, it was the one I put in initially but then replaced it with something else.
    When I looked in my database the caption was changed to a huge string of letters as though it got encrypted. When I cleared that out the caption of course was removed. I tried a few times, even switching the WYSIWYG feature on and off to see if it made any difference which it did not.

    Also, when I deleted the slider the database tables was not removed.

    It’s funny, I had the slider installed for no more than a half hour and an update for it was released. I was hoping that would fix the problems I was having (it mentioned a fix for the editor in the release notes), but nothing changed at all from before. At least not for me.

    Too bad I had bad luck with this slider. It had a lot of potential for my project.

    Hi

    I think you had enabled the cache from global setting which results in displaying previous content in slider. Also, to uninstall the plugin completely, you need to add

    define( 'MSWP_UNINSTALL_PLUGIN', true);

    in wp-config.php then go to plugins page in admin panel and click on ‘delete’ button.

    Regards
