Its okay. I ended up fixing it through FTP. I stupidly tried to add a custom shortcode into the functions.php, and then the whole site just crashed. I couldn’t even log into my wordpress dashboard.
luckily, I saw some threads about FileZilla, and the program was pretty self-explanatory.
