hello! i need to transfer my site from http://domain.gr/test1 to http://domain.gr

i saw this article http://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory but i am not sure if i understood what will happen.

if i visit a link will it have the url–>http://domain.gr/whatevericlicked
or the url–>http://domain.gr/test1/whatevericlicked

i understood about the changes for the site address url etc., but in the end what will be the url?
