It’s because you have wordpress debug on.
A fix for this (including if your in wordpress debug mode) will be published in the next release (within 7 days).

Thanks for the help. Now after adding the data from the database this fault occurs
Warning: Missing argument 2 for wpdb::prepare(), called in …\wp-content\plugins\key4ce-osticket-bridge\admin\ost-config.php on line 77 and defined in …\wp-includes\wp-db.php on line 1154
But also “Ost-Settings” online status never active and always deletes the data in that section.
Finally I will not use osTicket in WordPress but I appreciate your help and quick response you gave to my problem. 🙂

Online/ offline activation should be no problem aslong as the plugin is properly setup.
(confirmed by my yesterdays test on a 100% clean wordpress v4 and osticket v1.9.3 –> no issues where encountered enabeling/ disabeling and re enabling the ticket system, please note on all accounts wordpress was left default –> that means no debugging on.)
