images not shown

Hello,

I have added the plugin for the website :

but the pictures are not shown when I go to ftp I see that the images have 0kb as size, for the moment I am adding them manually but how can I correct this ?
I have set the uploads folder to 777 for permission so the permession should not be a problem.
