Select field with Listo plugin and input plceholder

    Hello,
    first of all a big thank you for this nice plugin, I really like it, good work! I have a little problem with the Listo plugin and the select field. I would like to have the first option to be something like “Select the country”: normally I do that with the first_as_label option, but since for this field i’m using that plugin I have no choices in my code. Is there a way to workaround the problem?

    This doesn’t work?

    [select your-country data:countries first_as_label "Select the country"]

    It works, thank you! Just one note, that it may be useful to be added to the docs: if you want to use the first_as_label option with the data option, then you have to put it as last option, otherwise it won’t work and the field won’t be rendered. It sounds like a bug, but I’m not sure if this is a wanted behaviour.
