Looking for a Plugin

Hi,
I am looking for a plugin that would allow me to upload a file / email an author of a post. I would like that to be a private message between the author and one sending the email.

In addition, I am looking for a plugin that could help me generate a certificate of completion. Similar to one when you finish an online class, however this is not for a class.
