    use a text editor like notepad ++.

    And what are we supposed to do with the text editor?

    I used Coda to change the encoding to UTF-8 and I still don’t get the accentuated characters.

    there is utf-08 support in the importer now. If you already have utf-8 csv files, disable it, else enable it.

    Beside utf-8 some product part like slugs, names are cut of by wordpres it self.
