Date format messed up

I’m running into an unusual problem with the format of dates in my template. The dates are showing up like this:

Wednesday 14/25/2007 2:07 pm

In nearly every case, everything is correct except for the spot the day spot (14 in this example). The time stamps for the posts are all correct.

Formats in options:
l F j, Y for date… output is correct
g:i a for time… output is correct

Ideas?

UPDATE: It appears as though the bad field is actually displaying the posting HOUR not the day. (where 14 would be 2pm).
