Hueman Theme with Learndash

I was wondering if anyone else is using Learndash with the Hueman Theme. I really love the theme and it works so well with everything I am doing it is just that now I am developing online courses using Learndash I have hit a small problem.
Apparently Learndash uses a custom post type in the development of the courses and I am not seeing the normal post options section that allows me to specify the sidebars that I want displayed with that content so I am stuck with the default sidebars.
Has anyone come across this problem and have a possible solution?
