    Since the latest update
    · in the ‘edit’ screen the radio box disappeared which used to give me the option to overwrite cookie for testing
    · the box now shows up on every page I load (as admin)
    · worse: the formatting is wrong! Box sits now squeezed up to right edge of screen and is less wide than before! It used to have a margin on the right of around 12 pixels (or so = my guess).
    · as a result my header (for the box) breaks into 2 lines (which it didn’t used to do).
    · in my ‘Edit’ screen the ‘Manual CSS’ field has some text in (which I can’t edit nor delete) – it this supposed to be an example text? Can’t recall seeing it before… [.stb-1760 {…} ]
    But then, why has the box this as styling applied to it?
    id="stb-1760" class="scroll-triggered-box stb stb-1760 stb-bottom-right"

    My site is dare2go.com

    ps: I get same strange formatting in another browser (SW Iron – Chrome browser), where I’m NOT logged in as admin!

    Sorry to bother…

    On my wife’s notebook (also in Firefox 37) the positioning is correct, but the box has no more background colour! ~confused~

    Are you using the wrong CSS classes (names already taken) or what might be the trouble? Everything worked alright before last update.

    To make the issues clearer I’ve taken 2 screen captures (within 10 minutes of each other)

    First my laptop, where the formatting (width, margin right) are wrong:

    Then my wife’s laptop, where the formatting as such is as intended, but the box doesn’t have a background color, it’s transparent – impossible to read:

    On my Android tablet (running 4.4.4) in the Chrome browser the background is now also transparent!

    Also: the cookie setting, don’t show for 3 days when clicked to shut, does seem to get ignored now! The scroll triggered box shows EVERY visit.

    At a loss!

    Unfortunately we’ll be without internet access from tomorrow onwards (travel bloggers).

    Hey Webbeetle,

    No worries, I’m a little short on time right now but will get back to look into this issue in details. In short, I think some of the issues can be fixed by taking the following steps.

    1. Download and install the latest development version of the plugin.
    2. Go to the page where you edit your box and set a larger box width (in the input field), so your box header doesn’t break into two lines.
    3. In the “Manual CSS” textarea, please enter the following to move the box away from the edges of the window again.

    .stb-1760 { margin: 10px; }

    4. Make sure the “show this box on…” settings are correct.
    5. Re-apply the background color you previously set.
    6. Save the box (this might be the most important thing)

    Does that help fix a few if not all of the described issues?

    Thanks, Danny!
    Would you have replied yesterday I would have followed your steps.
    Today is travel day, eager to get going, and I have no time for this, so I deactivated the plugin until solution is found (after all: until 10 days ago we didn’t have it either)…
    No worries!
