Hi roxchou,
I’ll investigate this issue ASAP. I’m not sure how the plugin could possibly cause it.
Some info I might require:
– Do your feed items have the whole body of the post or just a summary?
– What type of feed (rss2, rdf, atom) does the feedburner service fetch from your website?
Thanks for your feedback. I’ll keep you updated.
George
Also, is this issue related to the Schema.org generator? Does it go away if Schema.org metadata is disabled?
Hi George,
The feeds have a summary and you can view it here http://appraisersblogs.com/feed/ and the feed is rss2
If schema.org is not enabled by your plugin then I didn’t enable it. If it is then I didn’t disable it.
If it is enabled, let me know and in a few hours when there is less traffic, I will activate your plugin and test it by disabling schema.org.
Thanks for looking into this!
Hi,
No, the Schema.org generator is not enabled by default.
It is strange how the plugin interferes with the feed. I’ll do some thorough testing in a few hours.
Do you have access to the web server’s error log? Since this is a 500 error, there should be a PHP error message in there at the time the feed is accessed. If available, that message would be very helpful for me in order to determine what could possibly be wrong.

Hi George,
I’ve asked the hosting company to provide the error log. Because for some reason even though I have it enabled for my account the error log is empty.
I’m sorry for my late reply. The lack of any error message is a bit of a problem because without any error messages I have no idea what needs to be fixed…
I’ll try again to reproduce the issue. Do you use any caching or security related plugins that add rewrite rules in the .htaccess file?
I could not reproduce the issue. Version 2.8.4 will contain some extra checks. An error message either from the error log or the feedburner service is needed so as to know what causes the issue and if it’s related to Add-Meta-Tags.
Does this problem happen always or periodically. In case it happens periodically, it most probably has to do with server connectivity issues due to overload. In case it happens always, then an error message is required.
I’m marking this topic as resolved. Please feel free to reopen it if you have more feedback.
