Editing Codex

Hello guys! I wonder what pages in Codex am I allowed/not allowed to edit? I found a list of sites here:

http://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Using_Themes#Get_New_Themes

and I’m wondering if I’m allowed to add my site?
