    It is a very popular plugin Link

    When active Cookie Notice does not appear the notification of cookies and the Motopress plugin does not work, if I move the script if Cookie Notice on the footer, Motopress works but does not appear, however, the notification of cookies.

    Now I’m using another plugin for the cookies, but I want to use your own, because it is better.

    You are using a heavily outdated jQuery – it’s enqueued directly in a theme. You should use the jQUery version that comes with WP. A typical theme critical issue.

    Fix that and CN will work for you.
