This plugin only cleans up simple, easy-fixed errors like scripts and stylesheets that are being loaded incorrectly by plugins and the theme. The other problems here will need some manual intervention, or a more comprehensive SSL fixer plugin.
I can see a few problems on that page:
Google fonts — you’ll need to edit this file and change http: to https: where it’s loading the font, about line 3:
https://pflugervillepetsalive.org/wp-content/plugins/wereviews/css/site/style.css
PixoPoint Menu Plugin — this is an old plugin, and the author is recommending you find something else to use:
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/2-navigation-layers-1
This image is being blocked; perhaps it’s something you can change in your theme settings so that it loads from https instead of http:
http://pflugervillepetsalive.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/TransparentName.png
But the big one is the iframe. You’ll need to edit the link you gave when you embedded that iframe, so that it uses https.
