Recurring events is broken

    Hi,

    How broken, you can not activate the plugin? Do you see any error?

    Plugin activates and generally appears to work without any error.

    However whilst the UI for setting up a recurring event for (say) the 4th Monday of the month does not do this, but instead just creates a recurring event on the same date every month. For example if I set up every 4th Monday on e Month starting 22June Then look at the event calendar I have the initial event for Monday 22 June but the next one is on Wednesday 22 July, instead of Monday 27 July.

    If it is also not possible to set up exceptions. The UI displays inappropriate options, but there are no errors.
