Page Link Manager does not work with Custom Admin Menu

Just wanted to inform you guys that the Page Link Manager doesn’t work together with Custom Admin Menu. It breaks the latter, because of an error with ProtoType. I’m no JS guru, but that’s what Firebug told me.
