Additional features suggested

First of all, I would like to say, that this is really nice little plugin for taxi services. I have implemented it (and also made some modifications) on http://www.trend-taxi.eu web site. But I also miss some things:

– choosing between fastest and shortest route (sometimes customer want to choose shortest route instead of fastest); now there is always chosen fastest route between A and B
– instead of number of stops there should be a number of waiting hours/minutes
– some descriptions about tunnel and highway taxes and vignettes on the chosen way (like on ViaMichelin planner – http://www.viamichelin.com) and possibility to calculate that costs into final fare

Is there any chance to develop some of those additional features? Thank you in advance for your replay.
