• Hello Community!

I have recently been made admin of the site healthinar.wordpress.com
Now I’m going crazy because it’s apparently impossible to set a page as landing page, without losing all the content of the blog.

We would like to make this page our start page: https://healthinar.wordpress.com/home/

And to show the blog posts under “blogs” (it’s currently the strat page): https://healthinar.wordpress.com/

The problem is, when we choose “a static site” as landing page and choose our “Home” and set the “Blog” page to display the blog entries, suddenly both menu points show the “Home” page and the blog disappears.

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

  • Right now the menu item “Blog” is a user added (custom link) pointing to front home url. So after you set up the static front page and blog home page, go to Appearance → Menus and manage to fix the menu item there.

Your site is a managed service at wordpress.COM which has its own support here.
