Post defaulting to Image not post

One of my posts is showing the image and heading NOT the post itself when URL is selected. http://www.strategiesinlanguagelearning.com/?p=4205

Very odd. Have over 100 posts and that is the only one that is misbehaving. In the past it was fine.

Any suggestions?
