    Partial success!
    I’ve found out that the link to the ticket is sent if the order is marked as complete. The following email has a link to the ticket…

    But why the REPORT is still empty?

    Hey @sventertain,

    I have just completed a little testing on my own environment, and in my results show that the report is working. That being said, we could be following different steps. Even though you are probably already doing them, please double check the following items:

    – your orders are in ‘completed’ status
    – the items on your orders have a ‘gray box’ which describes what event the ticket is for
    – the report you are running is for the date that matches the information in those grey boxes

    If these items are in order, then we may need to perform some additional investigation. Let me know if we need to go that direction, and I will describe the next steps.

    Hi There,
    it is not sventertain to reopen the thread it’s me.
    I have problems with the report too.
    bought tickets in a test scenario, they are in woocommerce and checked as finished. I also got emails (as customer) with the tickets and was able to scan ’em. Even double scanning was done on the right way.

    But still the report in opentickets is empty…
    Youre hints from above I tried out or better checked but everithing is setup alike.

    Hey @schweinskopf,

    We just made a new release of the plugin, 1.12.7. This new version has a few updates that could have caused some ticket association issues. It also includes a tool to repair any of that past damage that may have occurred. Once you update the plugin to this new version, try running that tool, and then checking your report again after it is done. You can get to it by going to: wp-admin -> OpenTickets -> ‘System Status’ -> Tools (tab) -> ‘Resync order items to ticket table’ (button).

    If that does not solve it then we will need to do further investigation,

    Made the Updatesucesfully, and hit the resync button (not in background). But unhappiely the report is still empty.

    btw the explanation at the tool-tab are in dutch instead of german at the first three buttons…
