Error Message after installation

    I keep getting this error message and it starts messing with the layout with the dashboard of my site.

    The plugin generated 428 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.

    any thoughts?

    and i keep getting this try to restore from a url.

    The plugin encountered an error while downloading the zip file,the following error message was returned:
    Error Message : Failed to write request to temporary file.

    Temporary files created in ____________ will be deleted.
