    It looks like you’re running your site on IIS 7.5 and you’re also running a very old version of WordPress which is 3.3.1.

    Actually i was changing themes

    Do you know if your host provider maintains backups for you? To get your site running you may need to ask them to restore your site to before you made any changes.

    Once you are up and running then you may want to consider upgrading to a current version of WordPress.
