Fixed Widget disappears

    I’ve been scratching my head trying to figure out why the plugin does not work as intended in my site http://favoritesbar.net. I set the last widget (a Google ad banner) as the fixed widget. When I scroll the page beyond the point where the top of the browser window touches the top of that widget, the supposedly fixed/floating widget disappears!

    Can anyone look into my CSS codes and sidebar setup, and what I can do to make the plugin work?
