Having same issue.
Images have been uploaded to media manager. The file name is “changes_in_the_church_since_vatican_ii_front_cover.jpg” when I check it in media manager and in my CSV its:
featured_image
changes_in_the_church_since_vatican_ii_front_cover.jpg
