    Hi there,

    Google recently made some pretty drastic changes to how they handle reviews. Basically, in order for your Verified Business to have reviews available through the API you have to have a physical and verified address.

    I just went to your G+ profile and I see that it’s verified, but there are NO reviews at all. I also don’t see an address for that business. This is consistent with that change I mentioned above.

    Bottom line is that Google “moved the goalpost” (as we say in the U.S.) and this is not a bug with our plugin.

    If you do have a physical address, then simply login to your Google My Business account and click Manage Locations, on top Right there will be a Red Edit button click that. Under Address click Edit. Then make sure that the setting that says “I also serve customers at my business address” is checked.
