I need a little bit more details on what the exact problems are.
i cant upload documents into the plugin. It just keeps blinking whenever i click either options or upload

– Server Type (Window/Linux) and OS
– Version of Memphis Docs version
– Any other plugins you are using.

Server Type: I guess WIndows
Memphis Docs Version: Just updated to 3.1.1

Course Press…. thats prob the problem. I can’t support Course Press its a paid plugin and I can’t test for issue.
did u disable the Course Press plugin?
yes i have disabled it but still the same issue
Ultra is the theme am using
try a default WordPress theme is if that help at all.
so does that mean it might not be compatible with my present theme and the course press
