There is a function, recent_comments, and I want to show it below the comment form, not in the sidebar.
Do I need a plugin called “get recent comments” or anything is quite easy with a special line of a code?

You can try a plugin.

Once you have a plugin installed, it provides a php function which you can call from anywhere to have the recent comments displayed.
