No feed items found

Set up just like it says – enter following feed:
http://feeds.bbci.co.uk/news/world/middle_east/rss.xml
Add [wp-rss-aggregator] to text box
I get:
“No Feed Items Found”

There are no feed items shown in the plugin “Feed Items” section.
Have it running fine on identical tester version of the site, same theme, same settings etc. But i just can’t prod this one into action.
Have been through your troubleshooting list, activated and reactivated plugins but no success.
Any help appreciated…
