position: fixed; for right side submit button in backend

    I love this plugin, but just think of the amount of scrolling you would save everyone if you apply position: fixed; for the right side submit button in backend… The button will always follow us no matter how long our custom css is and we could instantly save after each change.

    I truly hope you’d implement this.
