Searching for Email Plugin with Multiple Lists

    Greetings all,

    I manage a health food store (http://www.naturescupboardonline.com) and we have been using WP Email Capture for over a year and have had great success with it for managing our produce Co-op email campaigns via MailChimp. I now want to introduce the option to be added onto a separate sale & coupons lists. Ideally, I am hoping for something like:

    “Name Entry:_______”
    “Email Addy:_______”
    “O – Produce Co-Op Menus”
    “O – Sales & Coupon List”

    “please check a bubble for the emails you want to receive”

    I just reached out to the developer for WP Email Capture and he got right back to me, saying that there is an unsupported extension (i believe) for the premium version ($50) that may work similar to my request: https://winwar.co.uk/plugins/multisubscriber-plugin-wp-email-capture-premium/.

    ChipMate by MailChimp boasts multiple lists, but again only in premium. I have really enjoyed WP Capture, but want to look around before we spend money on a premium plugin. Please check out my site’s email entry form and if anyone has any thoughts, examples or a solution, I would greatly appreciate it.
