When people complain of images not appearing this is usually because of the built in cache. The plugin caches the results from Instagram for 2 hours by default. This keeps your site fast and stops your site requesting images for every single page load.

I tried this but it doesn’t work, if I put any other IG account name it works but not this particular one? It hasn’t refreshed in four weeks?
This has been reported in the past too and was caused by migrating a database from a locally developed to site to production. You need to clear out your transients.
The easiest way to do this is with a plugin: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/
Alternatively you can delete them from your database manually.
I tried the transient plugin but it didn’t work, do I have to wait a while for it to work?
